Concordia University, Nebraska will face an undefeated York University in its final non-conference match on Saturday. In the past six days, the Bulldogs were constantly tested going 1-2 on the competitive pitch with three games played.
Playing their second game in three days, the Bulldogs tried to earn a win on the trip in Iowa, but the late push came as the time was running out against Grand View University, 3-1, on Labor Day. The two teams traded blows in the second half.
The Bulldogs had a tall task to steal one on the road against top-five ranked William Penn University (Iowa) on Saturday night (Sept. 5). Concordia University, Nebraska held on to the home side until midway through the second half.
It was a celebration in Bulldog Stadium as CUNE knocked off in-state Bellevue (2-0) on senior day. The Bulldogs relied on the strength of the pack to deliver a shutout and scored via Hugo Garrote and Kai Olbrich.
The Bulldogs are on the hunt for their first win of 2026 as they approach matchups with in-state Bellevue, No. 7 William Penn and No. 1 Grand View. Concordia will honor seven seniors on Wednesday night.
