A second team All-American last season, Lane Napier has been named to the College Football America NAIA Starting Lineup this preseason. Napier is a four-time first team All-GPAC performer.
Having already been named to a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection, Concordia Football's Jonah Weyand has been upgraded to an Academic All-America selection.

For the third year in a row, linebacker Lane Napier has been named an NAIA All-American by the American Football Coaches Association. He landed on the 2020 All-America second team.

The 2021 Concordia University Football schedule is set. The 11-game regular-season slate will feature six home games, a season opener at Morningside and a nonconference clash with Mayville State.
