Lane Napier picked up honorary defensive captain recognition on the Omaha World-Herald's All-Nebraska Team for the second year in a row. Napier was one of 12 Bulldogs to be named All-Nebraska.
After leading the GPAC in tackles for a third year in a row, junior linebacker Lane Napier has been an named honorable mention All-American by the AFCA. Napier collected 108 tackles, including 10.5 for loss in 2019.

A second quarter explosion carried top-ranked Morningside to a 52-7 win over Concordia on Saturday (Nov. 9). The loss put the Bulldogs at 3-7 overall to end the 2019 season. Senior Zac Walter had 13 tackles for Concordia.
