Brooks Kissinger poured in a career-high 31 points while leading the Bulldogs to an 87-76 home win over Oklahoma City at the Cattle Classic on Friday (Nov. 7). Concordia shot 59.6 percent from the floor.

The 26th annual Cattle Classic will play out Nov. 7-8 and will feature a total of eight basketball games inside Friedrich Arena. The event raises money and food for local food pantries.

A tough test against a strong Wayland Baptist foe resulted in a 75-72 loss for the Bulldogs on day two of the Tabor Classic. Brooks Kissinger and Dane Jacobsen paced Concordia with 17 points apiece.

Tate Odvody and the splash brothers combined for 15 treys from beyond the arc to run away with an 85-60 victory over the Tabor in the second half on Friday. The Bulldog 9-0 stretch entering the break would begin the end of the Bluejays.

For the second weekend in a row to begin the 2025-26 season, the Bulldogs will hit the road. The next stop will be Hillsboro, Kan., for the Tabor Classic, an event that will put Concordia up against Tabor and Wayland Baptist.
