High School
Nicholas played for Coach Bob Caton at J. K. Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado. Nicholas was a three time letter, two time starter for the Mustangs and helped his team advance to the state playoffs. He was voted team captain for two of those years. Nicholas also was awarded Team MVP, Centennial Honorable Mention, and Charles Memorial Basketball Award Most Outstanding Player. Nicholas also played one year of golf in high school.

Nicholas was born in Denver, Colorado to Margaret Carelli-Cito and Michael Cito. He has one older brother, Michael Carelli-Cito. Nicholas also enjoys video games and hanging out with friends.
