Concordia University, Nebraska, will hold its Spring Honor Recital on Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m., in the Recital Hall of the Music Center on campus.
Students audition for an opportunity to perform in the biannual honor event showcasing top music students as selected by Concordia’s music faculty. This year, 11 student musicians were selected to perform.
“The music department’s biannual Honors Recital is one of the finest musical performances of each semester,” said Kurt E. von Kampen, chair of Concordia’s music department. “This concert showcases Concordia’s ‘best of the best.’ This year’s recital will include performances on piano, organ, winds and voice.”
