Departmental Assessment

For each department and area, this database stores the mission statements, goals, assessment strategies, and details of the results of those assessment strategies.

1) Follow this link: Departmental Assessment Database

2) “Do you want to open or save this file?” ► Open

3) Upon launching, you may get several warning messages:

“Do you wish to block unsafe expressions?” ► No (There are none. It is just Visual Basic code designed to improve the interface.)

“Open the file?” ► Open

4) Logon Name and Password:

Use reviewer with no password for read-only privileges to all areas, or enter your department’s user ID and password to have read-write privileges to your department’s area.

5) “You have read-only privileges for this area.” Select your department or area from the drop-down list.

6) See the database’s Help menu for further assistance within the application.
