Jazz Band

Concordia's Jazz Ensemble is dedicated to the study and performance of the uniquely American art form of jazz. The ensemble’s repertoire includes early jazz, swing, blues, fusion, funk and Latin styles. 

The study of jazz provides the ensemble members with a unique window into a rich and diverse segment of the musical and cultural heritage of American life.
 
The Jazz Ensemble was formed nearly 30 years ago.  Its current director is Andrew Schultz.
