Caps and gowns information
How do I order my cap and gown?
Stop by the bookstore, located on the lower level of Janzow Campus Center. You can also call at 402-643-7400. The following information is needed:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your degree title
- Your chest size
- Your height
Where can I pick up my gown?
Your gown will be available beginning Monday, April 30, at the Concordia Bookstore. We suggest you pick your gown up as soon as you are able, try it on, and hang it up.
If you are coming in from out of town, we can hang your gown up for you. If you are not able to pick your gown up early, call Concordia Bookstore at 402-643-7400 and we will have it ready for you! You will still pick your gown up at the bookstore.
What costs are involved?
The fee to rent the gown/hood is $25. It is non-refundable.
Can I keep my gown? What about the cap and tassel?
No, your gown is a rental gown. You may keep your cap and tassel. You may contact the bookstore for pricing if you are interested in purchasing your gown and hood.
Where do I return my gown?
Your gown and hood must be returned to the Concordia Bookstore immediately after the ceremony on Saturday, May 5.
