    Concordia will take 19 athletes to the 2017 NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships. The group of Bulldog national qualifiers have combined for 42 career All-America awards and five national titles.

    The GPAC tournament continues on Saturday when second-ranked Concordia hosts Northwestern in a semifinal tilt inside Walz Arena. The Bulldogs will attempt to knock off the Red Raiders for the third time this season.

    Postseason dream halted in Mitchell

    The careers of four seniors, including Chandler Folkerts, concluded in the quarterfinals of the GPAC tournament on Wednesday evening. The Bulldogs finished 2016-17 with an overall record of 21-10.

    Andersen, Lammers sparkle in GPAC quarterfinal win

    Dani Andersen and Philly Lammers matched each other with 19 points apiece in leading second-ranked Concordia to an 88-69 GPAC quarterfinal win over Midland. The Bulldogs improved to 29-2 overall.

    Concordia begins what it hopes will be an extended postseason when the GPAC tournament tips off on Wednesday night. The top-seeded Bulldogs host Midland in the quarterfinals.

    Bulldog men place second, women fourth at GPAC championships

    Lucas Wiechman stole the spotlight by winning three individual events and as part of the 4x400 meter relay at the GPAC indoor championships. His efforts helped the Concordia men to a GPAC runner-up team finish. The women placed fourth.

  • Ceron Francisco and Kirk Kaliszewski captured NAIA North Qualifier tittles while leading Concordia to its third-straight North/GPAC tournament championship. The Bulldogs outgunned Morningside by 10 team points.
