The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association has announced its winners for the 2009-10 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll. This award honors teams throughout the nation that carry the highest grade point averages for the entire season. Concordia finished sixth in this year’s poll.

Concordia University senior Stacy Scheer picked up another postseason honor over the weekend, as she was selected to the Omaha World Herald’s NAIA All-Nebraska First Team. Treva Nutter, Katie Rich and Kristin Miller were Honorable Mention selections.

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced the 2010 Division II Women's Basketball All-America teams on Tuesday. Concordia University’s Stacy Scheer was an Honorable Mention selection.
