Format: Single elimination with a “Back” Silver Bracket; guarantee of two matches (best two out of three games)

Divisions: High School (16 teams), Open (16 teams), Collegiate (32 teams)          

Fee:   $48 per 8 person squad ($6 per player)

Awards: Championship T-shirt and medal for each team member            

Requirements:

1. ALL teams must have at least 3 female players. (More than 3 are allowed, but not less than 3.)
2. ALL referee decisions are final.
3. Use of profanity will result in loss of game. Second offense will cause elimination of your team.
4. Anyone smelling of alcohol will be immediately eliminated from the competition. (At tournament official’s discretion.)
5. All players must wear shirts, socks, tennis shoes and athletic shorts or sweats.
6. Must complete and sign a “Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.” (Players 18 years and under must have theirs signed by a parent or guardian.)
7. Adhere to facility rules of Concordia University, Nebraska. (No smoking in the building at any time.)
8. A player can only play on one roster and in one division.

Teams may order T-shirts at the tournament for $15 each and they will be mailed to them when completed if size is not available at tournament.
