Cross Country: Jared had a successful season ... At every meet he placed in the top fifty percent ... His fastest 8k of the season was 28:04.00 at the Briar Cliff Invite. Indoor: Jared ran a variety of races this season ... He ran the 800m and ran his personal best time of 1:56.56 at the GPAC championships placing third ... He also ran the 1000m in a time of 2:34.87 this season ... This time was fast enough to qualify him for the GPAC championships ... Also at the GPAC championships Jared ran on the 4x800m relay and placed first earing Conference Champion honors ... He also ran on the 4x800m relay at the NAIA championships ... Here the relay earned All-Amereican placing fourth with a time of 7:41.72.

Indoor: Jared had a very successful season ... In the 600m his fastest time was ran at the Scott Nisely Memorial meet ... He also ran the 800m and qualified for the GPAC Championships where he placed fourth ... The 1000m was another event Jared tried and ran a time of 2:35.52 at the Husker Invite ... Jared competed on the Distance Medley Relay at the NAIA National Championships and was All-American with a relay time of 10:11.60 and placed fifth. Outdoor: Jared displayed consistency throughout his freshmen outdoor season…He ran the 800 meter and 4x800 meter relay races…In the 800 meter race, his best time occurred at the Concordia Invite with a time of 1:57.92…His team’s best time in the 4x800 meter relay was 7:50.35 at the GPAC Outdoor Championships…This time earned the team fourth place and All-Conference Honors.
