2012 Concordia Outdoor Invite cancelled due to extreme weather

Due to extreme weather conditions, the 2012 Concordia University, Nebraska, Outdoor Invitational has been cancelled.

Although the meet did begin, no individual events were completed.  The event began at 10:30 a.m. and was halted by weather at 11:15 a.m.  The delay continued for 45 minutes.  At approximately 12 p.m., Concordia head coach Kregg Einspahr met with opposing head coaches, the group came to the decision to cancel the meet due to existing weather and extreme forecast for poor weather conditions.

There are no plans to reschedule the event.

Concordia will be back in action on Saturday, April 21 as the Bulldogs travel to Lincoln, Neb. to compete in the Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational.
