Rakow developed into one of the GPAC's top defensive linemen, setting new career highs for tackles (79), tackles for loss (15.5), sacks (4.5) and quarterback hurries (7) ... added a pass break up, a forced fumble and a blocked kick ... posted 13 tackles (2.5 for loss) and 1.5 sacks versus Dakota State on Sept. 27 ... made 11 tackles (1.5 for loss) at Doane on Oct. 25 ... recorded at least one tackle for loss in nine of 11 games ... ranked 30th among all NAIA players in tackles for loss.
Rakow notched then career highs in tackles (29) and tackles for loss (4) ... posted three pass break ups and one sack ... had a sack in the win over Hastings on 9-14-13 ... racked up a career high eight tackles at Dakota State on 9-28-13 ... made 2.5 tackles for loss in the victory at Dordt on 10-5-13.
