George, Nance and Stirtz named 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Baseball Scholar-Athletes
Seniors Ryan George (Urbandale, Iowa), Joshua Nance (Brighton, Colo.) and junior Jordan Stirtz (Gretna, Neb.) of the Concordia University, Nebraska, baseball team were named to the 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Baseball Scholar-Athlete list, announced on Thursday, May 31.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
