Jason Weides, head coach
Coach Weides began head coaching duties for the Concordia University men’s soccer team in 2008 after several seasons as an assistant for the men's team. The Bulldogs were 6-9-2 overall and 4-6-2 in the GPAC during his first season as head coach. Coach Weides is 10-24-3 overall and 6-15-3 in the GPAC in his young career.
Weides is a native of Kearney, Neb. and an alumnus of Concordia. While attending school at Concordia, he played soccer and was a four-year letter winner for the Bulldogs. He was named to the honorable mention All-Conference Team as a sophomore and was a second team selection as a senior in 2001.
Weides' coaching resume includes serving as an assistant coach at Concordia under former coach Bill Schranz in 2002. He also spent time at Kearney High School where he was an assistant coach from 2003-05, helping the team to its first state tournament appearance since 1998. During Weides' time at Kearney, he also was the head coach of the Kearney Sublime club soccer team. He then returned as an assistant at Concordia from 2005-08.
Weides is also Intramural Director at Concordia University and is heavily involved with Athletes in Action and the Seward County Soccer Club. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art from Concordia University in 2002 and resides in Lincoln.

Tyler Barry, assistant coach
Tyler Barry is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Concordia University men’s soccer team. He graduated from Concordia with a degree in Sport Management.
Barry was a three-year starter at the center-back position for the Bulldogs. He was a captain for two years and an honorable mention All-Conference selection in 2005. He attended Lincoln East High School and helped lead his team to a State Championship in his senior year.
Noah Enke, assistant coach
Noah Enke is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Concordia University men’s soccer team.
Enke graduated from Concordia with a Studio Art degree. He was a three-year letter winner as a goalkeeper for the Concordia soccer team and was a team captain during his senior year.
Enke, a native of Bunker Hill, IL, played for Metro East Lutheran High School in St. Louis, MO.
Mike Borst, assistant coach
Mike Borst is in his first year as the goalkeeper coach for the men’s soccer team at Concordia.
Borst had an excellent collegiate soccer career at Concordia University, Irvine. Borst was a three-time All-Conference selection, and he was a two-time NAIA All-American. Borst was also named the top defensive player at the NAIA National Tournament.
Borst’s coaching experience includes serving as head goalkeeper coach for the Irvine Strikers Soccer Club. He also has experience as head goalkeeper coach at University High School in Irvine, CA.
Mike resides in Lincoln with his wife Stephanie.
