    Makeup date set for Concordia-DWU hoops

    Concordia and Dakota Wesleyan have agreed to a makeup date of Sunday, Feb. 12 for basketball games originally scheduled to take place on Sunday, Jan. 15. The contests were postponed due to inclement weather.

    A decision was made late Saturday night to postpone women's and men's basketball games scheduled to be played Sunday in Mitchell, S.D. An impending winter storm caused the postponement. A makeup date has not been announced.

    Bulldogs open 2017 with 11 national qualifying marks

    Concordia track and field produced 11 national qualifying marks on Saturday as it opened up the 2017 indoor season. The stars of the day were athletes such as Allie Brooks, Zach Lurz and CJ Muller.

    Lammers equals career high as win streak grows to 18

    Philly Lammers was unstoppable inside while helping lead No. 2 Concordia to a 95-38 win over visiting Midland on Wednesday. The Bulldogs blew away the Warriors with 60 percent shooting in the second half.

    Late Warrior run puts stop to win streak

    The Concordia win streak came to a halt at five. Visiting 19th-ranked Midland scored the game's final 12 points to pull out a 64-59 win over the Bulldogs on Wednesday. Concordia shot 43.8 percent in the defeat.

    On a day when the starters needed some rest, the Concordia bench accounted for 80 points in a 108-70 home win over Oglala Lakota College on Saturday (Jan. 7). Brevin Sloup, Justin Damme and Clay Reimers each had career high point totals.

    Ziegler pumps in 1,000th point, leads GPAC road win

    Eli Ziegler became the 29th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points while leading the red-hot Bulldogs. Concordia picked up its fourth-straight victory by knocking off Dordt, 100-91, on Friday.

    Win streak moves to 17 with rout at Dordt

    Concordia forced 38 turnovers and won convincingly despite the absences of two starting guards on Friday. Philly Lammers had 13 points to pace the Bulldogs, who won, 81-43, at Dordt.
