Health, Human Performance and Athletic Center

Concordia has finished the first and second of three phases of construction for its Health, Human Performance and Athletic Center, a facility that has already had a tremendous impact on students and faculty and athletics at Concordia.

When the final phase is completed it will be among the finest facilities of its kind for colleges within the NAIA and for any university of Concordia's size.

OTHER ATHLETIC FACILITIES

Bulldog Stadium

Concordia's track, field and stadium complex was dedicated in 1997 and stands as one of the finest within the Bulldogs' athletic conference, the GPAC, and within the entire NAIA. It is home to Concordia track and field, football and soccer programs.

With the addition of the Health, Human Performance and Athletic Center the stadium's north entrances will be revised and a dramatic architectural feature, the HHPAC radius, will be a feature behind the north end zone.

P.E. Building

The Physical Education Building, dedicated in 1960, has been home to Concordia athletics for decades and will live on as it is incorporated in the Health Human Performance and Athletic Center currently in progress.

Use of its gymnasium (better known as "The Doghouse"), weight room, indoor swimming pool, locker rooms, training rooms, offices and a classroom will continue until the arena section of HHPAC is complete. The P.E. Building will then be refurbished and repurposed and become part of the HHPAC.

How will it all fit together? See the available plans to find out how the P.E. Building will become a part of the HHPAC.
