Theology, pre-sem, pre-deaconess

The teaching of theology has a long tradition and a high priority at Concordia. Theological studies at Concordia include areas such as faith and the lives of Christians, biblical study, church history, and historical theology.

Those planning on careers as Lutheran school teachers, DCEs and those with plans to enter the pastoral ministry are especially well served by the study of theology at Concordia.

Thanks to donors like Sarah, the Pre-Sem/ Pre-Deaconess club blood drive held last week was able to collect around 74 units of blood! Thanks to everyone who donated!

This Sunday night at 7pm the Philosophy 301 class will be watching the second movie in the class's film series in which they watch films, identify philosophies and concepts within the film, and discuss some of these philosophies. This week, students will be watching "The Final Cut" and other students are also encouraged to attend.
