A) are within 6 hours of completing your degree, and
B) will complete their degree by the end of Summer 2012, and
C) have submitted a "Graduation Application" form to the registrar's office and
D) have submitted a "Permission to Participate" form to the registrar's office
which has been approved.
Graduate students may participate in commencement exercises if they ...
A) have met all the academic requirements of their program, or
B) are currently registered for the final class required in their program, and have
six or fewer credit hours to complete in their program and
C) have submitted a "Graduation Application" form to the registrar's office and
D) have submitted a "Permission to Participate" form to the registrar's office
which has been approved.
Contact the registrar's office immediately if you desire to participate and have not
completed the appropriate forms.
