Reference Books
There are many subject encyclopedias in the reference collection that can help you find topics for papers. Look especially in the social sciences (call numbers beginning with 300 to 399). A great example is the 5-volume Encyclopedia of Environment and Society. (Find it at REF 304.203 R537.) The articles give an overview of a current issue, and give sources for more information.

Reference Books
Link Library's reference collection contains a large number of religion books (call numbers beginning 200 to 299). Look in the REF 220s to find Bibles, concordances, Bible dictionaries, Bible atlases, commentaries and Greek and Hebrew reference works.
