Profile
Tim Rippstein has served as a certified DCE for 16 years in Japan, Nevada and Oregon. He has served as assistant director of the DCE program at Concordia University - River Forest, Ill., for 3 years prior to joining the DCE faculty at Seward in 2003.

Rippstein has led groups of students to Manitoba, Canada through SILOAM and LAMP to teach VBS to Native American children and he has trained church professionals as youth ministry consultants. He has also led international ministry and culture classes to Latvia.
