Becoming a DCP student at Concordia
All forms are contained with the downloadable application packet (link below) unless specified otherwise. Please call the Degree Completion Program staff at 800-535-5494, ext. 7464, if you need assistance.
Admission requirements
Applicants for the degree completion program must have completed a high school diploma or the equivalent and be age 25 or older or have three years of documented full-time professional experience in the workplace.

Complete your DCP application.
Official transcript request
Request transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended be sent to DCP Admissions, Concordia University, Nebraska. (If you wish to attend DCP courses without earning a degree, no transcript is necessary.)
