Health and human performance

The Health and Human Performance department offers much more than health or physical education courses. At Concordia, we teach to the whole student through courses that encourage each individual to lead a healthy lifestyle throughout his or her life.

Students can choose from a variety of elective courses in health topics, including drug education, first aid, CPR, nutrition, and women’s and men’s health.
