Concordia hosts panel regarding Supreme Court decision on same-sex marriage

Concordia will host a discussion panel on Oct. 6, 2015, at 7 p.m. in the Thom Leadership Education Center auditorium.

Concordia University, Nebraska will be holding a panel on Oct. 6, 2015, at 7 p.m. in the Thom Leadership Education Center auditorium located on campus to discuss the June 26, 2015, Supreme Court ruling that states cannot ban same-sex marriage.

The panel will include Concordia Assistant Professor of Theology Rev. Dr. Dirk Reek, Concordia Assistant Professor of Global Studies Tobin Beck and Seward attorney Tina Marroquin. Professor of Education and Psychology Dr. Russ Moulds will be moderator for the panel.

Time will be set aside for questions to be asked and answered by attendees. The event is free, and anyone is welcome to attend.
