30 President's Scholarships awarded by Concordia University, Nebraska

2015-16 President's Scholarship recipients*

Concordia University, Nebraska has named 30 students to receive the President’s Scholarship, the highest financial honor available for the 2015-2016 school year. The scholarship acknowledges freshmen with excellent academic performance, combined with extracurricular involvement and high test score achievements.

“Concordia is proud of and thankful for all of its students and celebrates the many and varied gifts, talents and abilities God gives them,” said Concordia President Brian Friedrich. “This group of amazing students brings intellect, faith, talent and energy to an already vibrant academic community. We are delighted they have joined us and look forward to helping to equip them to learn, serve and lead in church and world during their years at Concordia.”

To obtain this scholarship, students must hold a GPA of 3.5 or higher throughout four years of their college career. By meeting the requirements of the scholarship, each student will receive $18,000 per academic year, for total scholarship support of $72,000.
