Former Concordia University football player Ross Wurdeman was recently named to the NAIA All-Decade Team as a second team selection.  Wurdeman enjoyed a stellar career for the Bulldogs from 1998-2001.   

Jason Dannelly of the College Fanz Network put together his NAIA All-Decade team to represent the best small college football players in the NAIA from 2000-2009. The team was selected based upon All-Americans from Dannelly's lists since 2002 as well as the NAIA Coaches' All-American team since 2000.

Wurdeman caught a team-high 34 passes for 647 yards in his freshman season.  His 19 yards per catch and five touchdown receptions also led the team.  In his sophomore season, Wurdeman finished with 29 catches for 368 yards and five touchdowns.  He again led the way for the Concordia offense in his junior year.  He finished the 2000 season with team-highs in catches (52), yards (727) and touchdowns (6).  Wurdeman concluded his career with a team-high 49 receptions for 637 yards and six scores in 2001.
