The Concordia University, Nebraska men's soccer team picked up an important Great Plains Athletic Conference road victory Saturday night, 4-0, over the Morningside College Mustangs in Sioux City, Iowa. Aaron Skipworth began the scoring in the 27th minute off an assist from Richard Rattray and, three minutes later, Skipworth found the back of the net again when his shot hit off the side post and slipped past the Morningside goalkeeper to put the Bulldogs up 2-0.
The scoring slowed until Kolt O'Kelly connected off an assist from Danny Geu to extend the Bulldogs lead to 3-0. The final Bulldog goal came when AJ Jorgensen scored off a free kick from Skipworth.
The Bulldogs will try to keep the momentum rolling on Tuesday evening, Sept. 23, as Concordia takes on Doane College at 7 p.m. in Crete Neb.
