Spring Registration Information

During the first week of the spring 2012 semester, students may still make registration changes. A student may make schedule changes without penalty until Monday, January 16th at noon.
Online registration will remain open until this time. First semester students will see their advisor to make registration changes.  After 12 Noon on January 16th students will need to fill
out a withdrawal form if they stop attending a full-term or 3rd quarter course.  These forms are available in the Registrar's Office. A 'W' for "withdraw" is received on the transcript. A withdraw does not affect GPA but it does remain on a student's permanent record. Students may withdraw from a 3rd quarter course until February 10th, and from a full-semester and 4th
quarter course until April 13th (note: A 3rd quarter course meets only the first half of the semester and a 4th quarter course meets only the second half).

If a student drops below full-time status, then financial aid and the percentage of tuition refund will be affected. Please contact Student Financial Services if you have questions about refunds or tuition:  402-643-7383.

Students who plan graduating in May or August 2012 are required to notify the Registrar's Office of their intent to graduate by submitting a graduation application. Students may contact the Registrar's Office for a graduation application. The application deadline is January 20th.

The Registrar's Office may be contacted by phone (402)643-7230 or email registrar@cune.edu.  We are located in Weller Hall, Room 106.
