Position: Regular Route Drivers, Activity Drivers & Substitute Drivers for Seward Schools

Pay: Regular route pay is determined by mileage driven. Starting average ($920 per month). Activity driver pay is per hour. Starting average ($9.20 per hour).
Description: Pick up and delivery of school students to and from school. Students age range from Kindergarten to twelfth grade. Regular route times average three hours per day, usually 6:40 am to 8:10 am, and 3 pm to 4:30 pm.

Position: Part-Time Merchandiser

Description: Under general direction of the Area Manager, responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores including freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays in accounts as assigned. Utilize point of purchase in each account.
  • Keep customers fully stocked and the merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase sales; this includes the construction of displays, cleaning and fully stocking shelves, stocking machines and coolers and neat and orderly arrangement of back stock. Rotate stock and inventory product as needed.
  • Build customer relationships at store level.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as directed.

Special Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Training and Experience: Retail sales experience helpful; Licenses/Certification: Motor vehicle license, safe driving record and a willingness to use personal vehicle—must supply proper documentation; ability to become certified to operate electric pallet jack, pallet stacker, and forklift.
