Payment options

Concordia offers several payment options.

1.   Payment in full each term

Check, cash and credit card payments

All payments are to be made in U.S. currency on a U.S. bank account.

Online payments

Credit/debit card or checking/savings account payments accepted online only. A non-refundable convenience fee is added to all credit and debit card payments. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your online payment to be credited to your Concordia University student account.

If a check or ACH online payment is returned to the university unpaid for any reason, the amount of the returned item will be charged back to the account.  The account will be assessed a $15 return item fee for each incident.

2.   Monthly tuition payment plan (“pay-as-you-go”) 

A monthly payment plan per term is available.  As an alternative to a direct payment by cash, check, or credit card, Concordia University offers our graduate students and degree completion students the TuitionPay Monthly Payment Plan, administered by Higher One. 

Payments are divided into 4, 3, or 2 payments per term. A fee applies per term to use this option.

3.   Financial aid

Federal Stafford Loans are available to eligible students who file the FAFSA and complete our Financial Aid Application.

4.   Deferred tuition agreement 

Defer course tuition payment until after course is completed if receiving tuition reimbursement from your employer. Below are links to the policy and worksheet. A fee per term applies to use this option.

5.   Direct billing to a third-party for payment 

Students with an outside scholarship source or an employer who requires that Concordia directly bill for payment, please contact the Graduate Financial Aid Office for details and forms.
