Other As Director of Drama at Concordia, Wiegmann directs plays and produces plays directed by guest directors and students. She also sponsors two student theatre organizations; Curtain Club and the Omega Lambda Chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, a national drama honorary society on campus. Wiegmann is a member of the Association of Theatre in Higher Education. Wiegmann was selected by Region V of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival to direct an original 10-minute play at the April 2001 Festival at the Kennedy Center. She is also a volunteer respondent for the Region V Kennedy Center America College Theatre Festival.
