Profile Tim Rippstein has served as a certified DCE for 16 years in Japan, Nevada and Oregon. He has served as assistant director of the DCE program at Concordia University - River Forest, Ill., for 3 years prior to joining the DCE faculty at Seward in 2003.
Education Currently working on Ph.D. in theology at Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Ind.

Other Rippstein has led groups of students to Manitoba, Canada through SILOAM and LAMP to teach VBS in Native American children and he has trained church professionals as youth ministry consultants.
