Business student Jordan Tucker '09, organized a fun run to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis after getting to know the owner of Fast Forward Gym in Omaha, who has MS. The race consisted of a 5k race and 1 mile fun run oand over 150 people participated. The race earned around $2,500 to benefit Fast Forward's MS program and the Nebraska Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society matched the total dollar for dollar.

Catherine Heider '02, Market Risk Analyst for Koch Supply & Trading and Boston Marathon qualifier, was featured in the Houston Chronicle after running the San Diego Marathon with her 80-year-old grandfather. MORE

In the last 6 months, all 6 Concordia graduates who have attempted the Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) exam have passed. Congratulations to Ryan Burger '04, Jessica (Domina) Schmit '06, Regan Else '03, Gail Endorf '06, Megan Pleak '04, and Abigail Shurigar '05.

Megan Pleak '04, graduated with a masters degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in May 2006, and passed the CPA exam in December 2007. Megan is working at Dana F. Cole Company, LLP.
