If you would like to schedule a personalized visit designed just for you and your family, please contact us.

    Make arrangements: Call us to make arrangements at 800-535-5494. If you have special interests for the day -- visiting classes, meeting a program director or coach, discussing financial aid -- please let us know.

We would like to hear from you at least one week before you plan to visit us. We will contact you in order to verify and finalize the schedule of your visit

Timing a visit

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are available for private visits, and we especially encourage visits during the school year, so that you may have an opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Concordia student.

The best time to visit Concordia is when school is in session. Vacation times (during the school year) and examination weeks are quiet times and visit activities are limited.

Length of visit

Please allow at least two to three hours for a typical campus visit -- this would include an individual meeting with an admission counselor and a student-guided campus tour.

Fly-in program

Concordia is excited to share a great opportunity with all of our applicants. If you are an accepted student and have a 3.0 accumulative GPA from high school (for high school seniors) or college (for transfers) you are eligible for our Fly-In Program. If you buy a plane ticket and visit our campus, we will reimburse you for the cost of that ticket. Nice deal. Check out the details below -- if you get here earlier in the year, even more can be reimbursed toward your flight cost.

Fly-in scheduling details: Concordia will reimburse up to $200 of the cost of your plane ticket when you purchase your ticket and visit campus before April 30, 2008. Simply bring a copy of your receipt with you on your visit and we will send a check for your reimbursement right to your home!
