The artwork of teachers from across the state is featured in the exhibit currenty showing at the Marxhausen Gallery of Art at Concordia. The 27th Annual Nebraska Art Teachers Association exhibition runs through Friday, Nov. 21. William Wolfram, professor emeritus of art, was the juror for the show.
"I was impressed with the overall quality of the work by the Nebraska art teachers," said Wolfram. "There are some excellent artists in this state who are both teaching and producing art work of a noteworthy caliber."
The Marxhausen Gallery is the on-campus exhibition space for Concordia University, Nebraska and hosts a variety of artists' exhibitions each year. It is located in Jesse Hall and is open Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 1-4 p.m. Many of the works in the exhibition will be for sale.
