Women's C-Club
More than a letter
Athletes at Concordia University have schedules that are busy without being filled up with additional activities. However, many of these players choose to participate in a group that works to make Concordia’s campus a better place. The Women’s C-Club is a group of female varsity athletes who work together to improve Concordia. The six C’s of C-Club; Concordia, Christian, Community, Commitment, Character and Champion, summarize who the group is and the goals for which it strives.
Women’s C-Club uses the money it earns by selling concessions at athletic events for campus improvement projects. The group also coordinates a basketball tournament for area middle schools. Participating in Women’s C-Club allows athletes from different sports to build relationships and work together.
Students eligible for membership may attend the orientation meeting at the beginning of the school year for information on joining Women’s C-Club. The group meets Monday nights in the campus center once or twice a month.
