Becoming a graduate student at Concordia

Application form
Complete either the online application or the printable version (contained within the application packet).
Just want to take a few courses? Only the application and either an official or unofficial copy (sometimes called a student copy) of your transcript is necessary. We require only the final transcript from the college that you attained your bachelor degree. The steps below are necessary only for those entering a master’s, certificate, endorsement or diploma program.
Recommendation form
Each application needs to be accompanied by a letter of recommendation that seeks "a candid assessment of the applicant’s potential for success both academically and professionally."
Official transcript request
Print out copies of official transcript requests to send to post-secondary schools you have attended.
Admission essay
Write a one-page essay explaining why you wish to pursue the planned course of study you have selected.
Federal financial aid information

Concordia's application for financial aid
Complete the form within the application packet. This forms needs to be filled
out annually.
