Profile

A long-time professor at Concordia, this fall Rebecca Fisher's teaching duties will be slimmed down so that she can also return to teaching middle level students, the grade levels that have been the focus of her college teaching career. Prior to taking the call to teach middle level students again, Fisher was director of middle level education at Concordia. Her research interests include middle school philosophy, developing middle school teachers and young adolescent development. She is a curriculum writer for Lutheran Hour Ministries and a regular contributor to "Teacher Interaction" magazine.
