Albright has taught mathematics at Concordia University since August 2004. Prior to teaching at Concordia, he worked for Northrup Grumman Information Technology as a transportation analyst at the United States Transportation Command at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Albright's research interests include optimization, simulation, and incorporating technology into the mathematics classroom.

Albright has been working on various projects to incorporate Microsoft Excel into the mathematics classroom. He has used these projects in his Mathematical Modeling and Calculus II classes.
